Yuhuan Huayang Machinery Co., Ltd. established in 2001, have been focusing on providing brake calipers for more than 18 years and always in the future. We are one of the professional manufacturers producing brake calipers, suppling the most reliable, safest quality products to our customers, with more than 5,000 OE numbers developing in program for various vehicles including American, European, Japanese and Korean ones. After years of exporting our products to North American and European countries and areas, we have become one of the well-known suppliers for overseas aftermarket, and we also have been the OEM supplier for more than 10 local automakers and joint-venture automakers.
Now, we have a modern industrial park which own a clean workshop occupies an area of 20,000 square meters, has 6 senior engineers, 18 professional technicians and 170 skilled workers, with a number of high-accuracy machining centers and advanced equipments for production and test: 4-axis CNC machine center, CNC turning machine, CNC milling machine, automatic grinding machine, drilling machine, punch machine, automatic tapping machine, gear hobbing machine, high pressure test bed, low pressure test bed, comprehensive test bed for brake caliper assembly perfect tests such as drag torque tests, vacuum seal test and so on, Brinell optical hardness tester, Rockwell hardness tester, precision instrument deflection, electroplating thickness tester, spring tension & compression testing machine, air gage and so on. We have passed the IATF16949:2016 certification, the newest international standard for automotive quality management system, with scientific and complete management and strict quality guarantee system. Benefited from the strong development and production capacity (Over 1.8 million units per year), we provide OEM/ODM service base on requirement.
